Our Design Team, which includes Architects and Interior Designers, will work closely with you and with our builders and carpenters, plumbers and electricians to establish a budget and to produce a complete, well-coordinated and aesthetic solution to all of your needs.
We can provide you with design solutions for any of your spaces: Closets and Cabinets, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Bedrooms, Living / Dining Rooms, Family Rooms or any Interior Space. As well, some home accessory items (wall coverings, fabrics, furniture, carpets, cabinetry, appliances, and other decorative elements), offered by different design stores can be purchased through us for more attractive prices. In any case that the work needs to be filed with the local authorities, we can do that too. Our Architectural and Design Services include:
Program: We will meet with you to define the Design Objectives and will perform a survey of the existing conditions in order to create accurate base drawings and gain an understanding of your Design Objectives, the functional requirements and the scope of the required work.
Design: Based upon the approved concept, we will prepare drafted floor plans and elevations for a cost review with our qualified builders. (We will establish with you and our builders the budget and the actual scope of work).
Contract Documents: Based upon the approved budget and scope of construction, we will prepare documents that detail the construction in order to build the project. The documents include detailed drawings and product and material specifications as required.
Filing: In case your work needs to be filed, drawings will be prepared to obtain all required permits. Our Architect will present the project on your behalf to all required agencies.
Construction Administration: Our designers will perform frequent site visits to monitor our work's progress. We will be available to help resolve any issues that arise during construction and will work closely with you and the builders to make any required modification so that the work conforms to your needs.
